About the Founder: 

Patrick spent eight years between 2002 – 2010 developing and managing a Consulting firm where he and his team developed 400 client relationships in 15 states. Patrick has a wide variety of experience, including expertise in employee engagement, team meetings, advanced Management, leadership practices, career succession, executive coaching, and board strategy. Patrick’s has seven years of experience between 2010 – 2017 as an HR Director serving on the executive team to develop multi-state, multi-location compliant HR divisions within three separate organizations.

Patrick graduated top of the class in 2006 with a 4.0 GPA from the University of Mary, attaining a Masters in Management diploma. Education worth mentioning is earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from Prescott College, emphasizing botany and ornithology. Completed my Education Project in Jackson Hole, WY, at the Teton Science School. Spent three years at Gallagher, eventually earning an Area Vice President at Gallagher, Became heavily involved with MH-SHRM, our local HR Group was placed on the 2019 Annual Conference Committee, slid into the 2020 Conference Co-Chair role. Patrick resides in Denver and enjoys time with his wife and 2 children.
